New challenges reap better rewards...

Yesterday we had our induction day for our Wellbeing for work, which uses art and craft to assist in the work readiness process...I could not be more pleased at how it went. I introduced the session and programme to potential clients/students and supported by co-tutor (the fabulous and wonderful) Sharron as she encouraged them and taught them to make a fabulous giant 3D star.

Like our wellbeing groups we encourage students to interact with each other, help each other out, talk about their ideas and interests. We tell them our stories and hopefully lay the foundations for a bond between us that will develop into successful relationship throughout the programme.

If you'd like more information about the programme or how to refer people, yourself or your clients on it I have a link here  to an earlier blog article that has all the information.

We really enjoyed the session and our clients took to it like ducks to water... I think you'll agree they did an amazing job on the crafting task we set them 😀✨

I'm really looking forward to seeing how they progress, with what could be seen as a daunting challenge ahead of them...I hope we are helping, in a small way, to set them on the road to success.
